Wear comfy clothes and connect to your senses, body, breath and voice through movement, meditation and play. You will hear spoken word, write poetry of your own and, if you're feeling brave, share your words with the group. You do not need to have written anything ever before.

Natalie and Alice bring together their skills and experience to create a space that is fun, safe and creative. Natalie is a poet, workshop leader and performer trained in Laban Movement Analysis. Alice trained at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance and is a freelance dancer and yoga teacher.
